Welcome to Troop 61

Hi all! Our first Tree delivery is 9:00am tomorrow! Hard to believe it’s already here! But the next day, Sunday the 19th, is the Last Day to sign up for sales and work shifts! I would like to see everyone get to Choose their shifts, to pick what’s convenient for you, but starting on the 19th I need to Choose for You! - and if you can’t make the shift assigned to you, then you will need to find someone to work for you! Just to repeat, our expectation is that each Scout and an Adult will contribute time and work to the Tree Sale because we know the money earned at the sale will pay for all the trips the Troop takes all year long. That’s why our dues is only $25 per year. Scouts earn the money for their own Troops by working this Sale.
Tomorrow’s crew is full and we have plenty of people for this first unloading, but the next unloading on the 29th is especially sparce and there are also several drill crews that are really in need of people. That is likely where I’ll be assinging you if you’ve not already chosen your 3 shifts as a Scout or 2 as an Adult (one per family). So hurray and pick yours today! If you have ANY problems signing onto the website - don’t delay! Contact Mr Fitzgerald who will be happy to help you sign on, or myself and I’ll help as well. Remember the Troop password is case-sensitive, all lower case letters. That’s come up several times. And Please - Pick Your Shifts so I won’t have to pick for you!! See you soon.
